Oliver's Artisan Breads offers the finest gourmet artisan breads and rolls. Our breads are available in more than 40 dough types in a variety of shapes and sizes. All Oliver's products are handmade by artisan bakers, some rolled in seeds or beautifully scored on top. The names of our breads read like an exotic trip around the world: Sweet French, Italian seeded sourdough, Santa Fe Chile Cheese, Coconut Curry Brioche (with shredded coconut and a hint of curry), and Oliver's Twist, our soft Bavarian pretzel.

Among the breads made by Oliver's Artisan Breads are baguettes, artisan loaves, square sliced loaves for retail, larger sliced loaves for the commercial kitchen, dinner rolls, sandwich rolls, hamburger and hot dog buns, and pretzels. Many of our products are vegan, as they contain no animal products such as milk or honey. And we are offering an increasing number of certified organic breads.

Oliver’s specializes in:

• Development of custom products.
• Fresh-baked or par-baked daily delivery to grocery stores, restaurants, food service and caterers in Southern California.
• Frozen bread delivery for distribution throughout the Western United States. Our breads are distributed by UNFI, DPI-West, Petersen (the Pacific Northwest), and Columbus Distributing (Northern California).
• Frozen delivery to large scale food service and restaurants outside the Southern California region. We are an approved vendor with Sysco and U.S. Foods.

• One-day lead time, 3:00 pm deadline (e.g. order by 3:00 pm Wednesday for Thursday morning delivery)
• Morning delivery, seven days per week.
• Consistency in quality, size, texture and taste.
• Oliver’s is flexible. We will work with you when you’re in a pinch.
