We understand that excellent service is as important as excellent bread. Like us, most of our competitors focus on excellent bread. We differ from other bread companies in our intense focus on excellent service.

These are not just words. We have embedded this service commitment into our operation. At Oliver's Artisan Breads we excel at:

Order taking. We offer the following methods:

  • Live human beings! From 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays, you can always talk with a live person who can answer questions and solve problems.
  • Standing orders. These may differ by day of week and can be updated as your last-minute needs change.
  • FAX. We provide custom order forms, tailored to your specific breads.
  • Order line. Separate phone # for orders and to leave your voicemail, available 24 hours per day.

After-hours problem solving. We staff an emergency phone line 24-hours per day, 365 days per year to help you immediately, when you need to talk with us.

On time deliveries. Unlike most of our competitors:

  • Our drivers are employees whom we train and manage closely, not free-lance contractors over whom we have little control.
  • Our trucks pull out of our parking lot at 2am, hours earlier than many of our competitors.
  • Delivery trucks. We own and maintain all of our own company vehicles; we don’t rely on contractor vehicles.

Breads to meet your unique needs. We offer a broader array of breads than any of our competitors, to be your one-stop bread company. Oliver’s offers:

  • All natural or organic breads
  • Softer, sliced breads or crusty artisan breads and everything in between.
  • Sixty different shapes, including dinner rolls in two sizes, artisan loaves in 5 shapes, sliced loaves in 3 sizes, batards, sheets and many more.
  • Fifty-six different bread doughs.

Delivering exactly the breads you ordered. Our bakers and packers:

  • Are Oliver’s employees (not contractors) whose compensation depends on the quality of their work performance.
  • Know your needs. The average tenure of our baking supervisors is six years, with the deep customer knowledge that only time brings.
