BAVARIAN FARMER’S RYE
We use an authentic German recipe, giving our bread a true Rye taste and texture. Slightly dense and moist, it’s perfect for any sandwich.

Pumpernickle RyePUMPERNICKEL RYE
A beautiful, deep, dark brown color. We’ve added sunflower seeds to our full-flavored rye recipe and topped it with rolled rye flakes. A Ruben sandwich made with this bread will surely be remembered.

SWIRL RYE
We mix together our Bavarian Farmer’s Rye and Pumpernickel Rye doughs to create a gorgeous two color swirled loaf that makes any sandwich special.

FRENCH COUNTRY WHITE
A traditional white bread with no added sugars or fats; we let it rise slowly to develop its full flavor. This dough is used to create our classic baguette.

SWEET FRENCH
This is an American standard, light and fluffy and slightly sweet -- excellent for a grilled cheese sandwich, a hamburger, even French toast.

Traditional SourdoughTRADITIONAL SOURDOUGH
A classic. We use the yeast-free, time-honored technique of a two-day fermentation, which produces a dense and very tangy bread. A thick slice with a bowl of hot soup or a salad and dinner is complete.

SOURDOUGH
Mildly tangy and chewy; we use our own starter to produce a texture that is firm but tender. Try it topped with our unique seed combination of sesame, poppy and fennel for a special treat.

WHOLE WHEAT
A full-flavored whole wheat with a touch of honey. We top it with rolled oats and flax to produce a nutty whole-grain flavor. CIABATTA
The right combination of gentle hand shaping and extra virgin olive oil make for the perfect bread. We have a square sandwich roll with just the right flavor and texture.

CLASSIC FRENCH BRIOCHE
Light, buttery, and delicious - a treat on any table. It’s great for sweet or savory bread pudding. Or make a decadent French toast with cream cheese and fruit preserves.

Coconut Curry BriocheCOCONUT CURRY BRIOCHE
A signature table bread or sandwich loaf. Our rich, buttery brioche with coconut and a bit of curry. A fantastic combination of color and flavor that lends itself to Indian, Asian, and Hawaiian cuisine. Truely unique.

COUNTRY ONION
Our classic French bread recipe with a sweet hint of onion. Pair this with sliced turkey and cranberry sauce and you have Thanksgiving dinner in every bite.

FOCACCIA
Oliver’s own with a light golden crust made slightly crispy with extra virgin olive oil surrounding a moist, airy interior. Try our rosemary versions for something special.

FRENCH SEEDED
French bread sprinkled with sesame and poppy seeds and baked to a golden brown, giving it a rich, nutty flavor. A wonderful dinner roll or baguette, use it for sandwiches, soups or just spread with butter.

Harvest BreadHARVEST BREAD
A delicious bread that’s healthy, too! A little whole wheat, a little rye, a little honey, plus sunflower, flax, and sesame seeds make it rich and flavorful. Finally, it is topped with oats and sunflower seeds. Perfect with every meal.

HERB
A real treat. We’ve combined thyme, sage and rosemary - a medley that goes perfectly with poultry or fish. This is not your typical herb bread.

LOW CARB HARVEST
Only 4.0 net carbs per slice. The nuts and seeds give it a great texture. Better than any other low carb we’ve tried.

POTATO ROSEMARY
A French bread with the richness of potato and an accent of rosemary. Excellent on your dinner table or use it for a savory stuffing.

PRETZEL ROLLS
An Oliver’s specialty. To taste these rolls is to love these rolls. Our Bavarian recipe is time-honored and additive.

RUSTIC
A moist peasant bread, full of large nooks to catch the olive oil or tapenade. We use our sour culture to produce a slightly tangy and unique European table bread. Wonderful for stuffing or croutons.

Rustic Kalmata OliveRUSTIC KALAMATA OLIVE
Voted by Los Angeles Magazine as "Best of LA". We paired our tangy rustic bread with whole Grade A Kalamata olives for a powerful olive sensation. Every bite contains large pieces of Kalamatas. Impressive on any table and perfect for a picnic basket.

Sante Fe Chile CheeseSANTE FE CHILE CHEESE
We use mild chilies and cheddar cheese to create a bread that makes a flavorful statement. Great for sandwiches and just right with a bowl of chili.

SEEDED SIX-GRAIN

An Oliver’s specialty. A soft, rich dough with chunks of apple sautéed with sugar and cinnamon. It makes for the perfect French toast or just spread with butter.

Cranberry & WalnutCRANBERRY & WALNUT
Our Rustic bread recipe with sweet cranberries and loaded with walnuts. A slow rise produces superior flavor in this moist and chewy bread. Perfect with cheese and beautiful on your dinner table.

FRUIT AND NUT
A light wheat bread filled with healthy and delicious cranberries, raisins and walnuts. Enjoy it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just as a snack.

RAISIN & WALNUT
Another outstanding European import. Ground sesame, flax seed, cotton seed, raisins and English walnuts create a truly unique bread. Our sliced loaf is delicious toasted with butter or cream cheese.

Honey Wheat MuesliHONEY WHEAT MUESLI
A slightly sweet German bread with seeds, grains, banana and raisins all in one flavorful, healthy loaf that is perfect any time of the day.

CHERRY PECAN
